Outlook Calendar Show Only Working Hours - I have found screenshots of the assistant window in 2010 and i know it has the options button, but the show only my working hours checkbox may not exist in 2010. Mac os x (10.6.8) outlook for mac 2011 (14.1.4, 111121) So, i would like to be able to never display the 'empty' hours from eg. This feature seems to be in the windows version of outlook (i might be wrong on this). Why not in mac version? So, you need to first click on work week and after that click on schedule view.

I have set the work hours start time and end time as 8:00 and 17:00 in calendar options. There didnt seem to be a clear cut answer to what was being asked. I am using outlook 2010 and can confirm that the option to show all hours instead of just business hours exists in that version of outlook exactly as described by joe hemmann.
